The seventh track of my sophomore album, Hiraeth.

I wrote I Think You're Bleeding about all of the cool people I've met and never had the chance to be friends with before we parted ways. I have a bad habit of aggrandizing these moments into horrible lost opportunities, and scrutinizing every word I said as a failure to connect. This tends to come with me creating a false image of these people in my head, and projecting either a sadness or apathy onto them. Recently, I've been learning to let go of that, realizing the world moves fast as hell and expecting to find the time to keep in touch with every kind stranger is a bit ridiculous. With this, I've been figuratively killing off the false images I have of these people, and becoming able to fondly think about the few hours I spent with them. This song is about letting go of that angst of friends that never were. Enjoy!
